​The HipPea started as a brick and mortar in Long Beach CA in 2016 and operated as a Vegan Falafel shop until the end of 2023.

In 2024 The HipPea moved location, transformed, and became a Vegetarian PoP-Up business operating mainly in St. George UT and occasionally in Long Beach CA.

We serve a rotating menu of Israeli Street food items, from Falafel to Hummus and variety of Burekas.

Our food is made fresh with top shelf ingredients and to the highest standard, keeping the authenticity and flavors of Israel.
